Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been used and it must be in the complete condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice).

Delayed or missing refunds

Remember to include your invoice or order number when returning.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you electronically.
