To place an order on Iris Computer, browse our site, explore our selection of NUCs and accessories, and choose the ones that interest you. Add the items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Once you are done shopping, go to your cart, check the items and click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in the delivery and billing information, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.

Iris Computer accepts several payment methods, such as credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and bank transfers .

We are committed to ensuring the security of your payment information by using advanced encryption and security protocols.

Delivery costs for NUCs ordered on Iris Computer are free for:

  • France
  • Belgium

For other EEA countries there is a flat rate of €14.90 for shipping costs.

At Iris Computer, we strive to process and ship your order quickly. Delivery times are generally around 5 days .

However, if your order requires supply from the supplier and takes longer, we will notify you by email. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions and periods of high demand.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a unique tracking number .

Use this link to track the status of your package in real time on the carrier's website.

You can also log in to your Iris Computer account to view the history and status of your orders.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order after having placed it, contact our customer service as soon as possible by e-mail, chat, online contact form or by What's app at 07.56.83.56.96.

Please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed or cancelled, and you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Iris Computer currently ships orders to countries in the European Economic Area.

For shipping outside the EEA, please contact us for a custom quote.

Customer account and support

To create a customer account on Iris Computer, go to our registration page (https://www.iriscomputer.fr/account/register) and fill out the form with your personal information, such as your name, e- email and phone number.

Choose a secure password and click on "Create an account".

You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.

Once your account is activated, you will be able to manage your personal information, track your orders, view your purchase history, manage your newsletter preferences and access special offers reserved for registered customers.

If you forget your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?".

Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit". You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click on this link and follow the instructions to create a new secure password.

We do not offer newsletters at the moment. However, if you complete the form at the bottom right of the footer, we can send you stock updates upon request.

Yes , you can place an order as a guest without creating a customer account. During checkout, choose the ' Checkout as a guest ' option and fill in your shipping and billing information.

Please note that guest customers do not receive certain benefits, such as order tracking and access to special offers.

Products and warranty

A NUC (Next Unit of Computing) is a small desktop computer designed by Intel.

NUCs are compact, powerful and offer performance similar to that of a traditional desktop computer, while being much more energy and space efficient.

NUCs are ideal for use at home, in the office, or in environments where space is limited. They're also highly customizable, with options to add memory, storage units, and expansion cards.

NUCs purchased from Iris Computer are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To find out if a NUC is in stock on Iris Computer, check the product page. Availability information will be displayed near the price and the "Add to cart" button. If a product is out of stock, you can often choose to receive an email notification when the product is back in stock.

Be aware that a product out of stock is already on order from our suppliers.

Returns and issues

If you're having a problem with your NUC, start by checking out our online help section and troubleshooting guides.

If you cannot find a solution to your problem, contact our customer service for assistance. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may be able to help you resolve the problem, guide you through the warranty claim process, or inform you about our return policy.

At Iris Computer, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
